Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy & Cookie Policy describes how EHP Capital, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, together with its affiliates ("EHP Capital," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, and shares information, and how we use cookies and similar technologies — when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy & Cookie Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email address, and the contents of messages you send through our contact form; your responses to questions on that form (such as whether you are an accredited investor and your intended investment allocation); and your name and email when you subscribe to our newsletter.
Information collected automatically: standard log and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, and date/time of access, collected via cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 4 (Cookies and similar technologies) below.
Information from other sources: if you become an investor, we may combine information you provide through the Site with information collected through our investor onboarding and portal processes, which are governed by the applicable offering and subscription documents.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you, including about investment opportunities where you have asked us to do so.
- To send our newsletter and other communications you have signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site, and to understand how visitors use it.
- To assess investor eligibility and maintain records relevant to compliance with securities laws and other legal obligations.
- To protect our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. How we share information
Service providers: we use third-party providers to operate the Site and our business — such as website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, and document/e-signature platforms — who process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Professional advisors: attorneys, accountants, auditors, and similar advisors where needed.
Legal and safety: where required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investors, or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this Privacy & Cookie Policy.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
What cookies are. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences, and provide usage insights. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and analytics scripts; we refer to all of these as "cookies."
Cookies we use.
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to function (for example, page delivery, security, and load balancing). These cannot be switched off through the Site.
- Analytics cookies — set by us or our third-party analytics providers to help us understand how visitors use the Site (such as pages visited, time on page, and approximate location at city level) so we can improve it. Analytics providers process this information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
- Functional cookies — remember choices you make (such as a dismissed notice) to improve your experience.
We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell information collected by cookies.
Third-party cookies. Some cookies are set by third-party providers that support the Site, such as analytics providers, embedded content (for example, videos or documents), and social media platforms when you interact with linked content. These providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites according to their own policies.
Managing cookies. You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, including blocking some or all cookies; instructions are available in your browser's help documentation. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site functions. Where the Site displays a cookie notice or preference tool, you can also manage non-essential cookies there.
5. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, and longer where required for legal, regulatory, tax, or recordkeeping obligations — which, for information related to securities offerings and investor communications, may be a period of years.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Email: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each message.
Cookies: manage cookies as described in Section 4 (Cookies and similar technologies) above.
Access, correction, deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@ehpcapital.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws; we will honor rights available to you under the law of your state. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party sites
The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms (including social media and press outlets). Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to review their policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
