We have seeded genuine relationships with brokers, lenders, property managers and local vendors to guarantee a strong, loyal team. In addition to our thorough property level market analysis, we conduct extensive legal, financial, and physical due diligence on our acquisitions. Our approach mantains three priorities across all steps of the process; capital preservation, cashflow and sustained growth.
