We study economic fundamentals to select diverse economy and employment sources, while analyzing the current residential supply pipeline and level of absorption, and always considering affordability measured by median income to rent ratios. We have seeded genuine relationships with brokers, lenders, property managers and local vendors to guarantee a strong, loyal team. In addition to our thorough property level market analysis, we conduct extensive legal, financial, and physical due diligence on our acquisitions.
